Product Features
Conforms to American standards: Strictly designed according to API 602 (forged steel globe valve), BS 1873, or ASME B16.34 standards, with flange dimensions conforming to ASME B16.5 / B16.47.
Extended bonnet (long-neck design): Adopts an extended bonnet of standard length to keep the packing box away from the ultra-low temperature medium, ensuring the packing works at ambient temperature and preventing sealing failure or operational jamming caused by freezing.
High-quality cryogenic materials: The body and internals are made of low-temperature carbon steel such as LCB and LC3, or austenitic stainless steel such as CF8M and CF3M, providing excellent impact toughness at extremely low temperatures from -46°C to -196°C to prevent cold brittle fracture.
Anti-frost drip plate: A drip plate is provided on the extended neck to prevent moisture in the air from freezing and flowing down the valve body, while also facilitating the installation of external cold insulation layers (such as PUF/perlite).
Excellent sealing performance (with backseat): Adopts conical or spherical sealing for tight closure; the valve stem is equipped with a backseat structure, allowing packing replacement without shutting down the system when the valve is fully open.
Unique advantages of globe valves: The disc moves linearly along the seat centerline, with a short stroke and fast shut-off; compared with gate valves, its sealing surface is less prone to scratching and has a certain flow regulation capability; equipped with an anti-blow-out stem and fire-safe/anti-static designs.
