Product Features
Conforms to American standards: Strictly designed according to API 594 (wafer check valve), API 6D, or ASME B16.34 standards, with flange dimensions conforming to ASME B16.5 / B16.47.
Extended bonnet design: The extended bonnet (long neck) keeps internal moving parts and sealing surfaces away from the ultra-low temperature medium, ensuring flexible action under cryogenic conditions and preventing freezing and jamming.
High-quality cryogenic materials: The body and internals are made of low-temperature carbon steel such as LCB and LC3, or stainless steel such as CF8M and CF3M, providing excellent impact toughness at -46°C to -196°C and preventing cold brittle fracture.
Anti-frost drip plate: A drip plate is provided on the extended neck to prevent moisture in the air from freezing and flowing down the valve body, while also facilitating the installation of external cold insulation layers.
Fast closing to prevent backflow: Spring-assisted reset or dual-plate structures are mostly adopted to close quickly when the medium stops or flows backward, effectively reducing water hammer impact.
Compact structure and maintenance-free: The check valve requires no external operating mechanism and opens/closes automatically with reliable sealing. Some structures (such as wafer type) are small in size and light in weight, making installation and online maintenance convenient.
