The fire signal soft-sealed gate valve is often used in automatic sprinkler fire protection pipeline systems to monitor the water supply pipeline and enable remote control of the valve opening. Rising stem gate valves and gate valves with opening indicators are also frequently used in fire protection systems. If the gate valve is installed at a relatively high position above the ground, a rising stem gate valve is generally used, as it can clearly indicate the valve opening; if installed at a relatively low position, a gate valve with an opening indicator is required.
