Product Overview
The SP45 and 15F digital locking balancing valve is a regulating valve with a special digital locking function. It adopts a straight-through body structure and has better equal percentage flow characteristics. It can rationally distribute flow and effectively solve the problem of uneven room temperature in heating (air conditioning) systems. At the same time, it can accurately adjust the pressure drop and flow rate to improve the fluid flow conditions in the pipeline network, achieving hydraulic balance and energy saving. The valve is equipped with an opening indicator, an opening locking device, and small pressure test valves for flow measurement. As long as balancing valves of appropriate specifications are installed in each branch and user inlet, and a one-time commissioning is performed with a dedicated smart instrument before locking, the total water volume of the system can be controlled within a reasonable range, thereby overcoming the unreasonable phenomenon of "large flow, small temperature difference". This product is an ideal product for heating systems. The SP45 balancing valve can be installed on either the supply pipe or the return pipe. Generally, we recommend installing it on the return pipe. Especially for high-temperature loops, to facilitate commissioning, it should be installed on the return pipe. The supply (return) pipe equipped with a balancing valve does not need an additional stop valve.
