Product Overview
The working principle of a forged steel ball valve is to rotate the valve stem to open or close the valve. It features full bore, 90-degree rotation, light operation, small size, and can be manufactured in large diameters. It offers reliable sealing, simple structure, convenient maintenance, and the sealing surface and spherical surface are often in a closed state, making them less susceptible to medium erosion, so it is widely applied in various industries. Forged steel ball valves are classified into low-pressure and high-pressure types.
The three-piece forged steel trunnion mounted ball valve divides the valve body into three parts along the cross-section perpendicular to the valve passage axis at the two seats. The entire high-pressure forged steel ball valve is symmetrical left and right along the stem center axis. It is mainly used in pipelines for cutting off, distributing, and changing the flow direction of the medium. Its large trunnion structure ensures an accurate ball center position under high pressure, guaranteeing good operating performance. The standard seat adopts a spring structure to push the seat toward the ball, ensuring good bidirectional sealing performance at the inlet and outlet. Using the built-in bleed valve, the middle cavity of the valve body can be drained outward. The trunnion adopts an anti-blow-out protection structure to effectively prevent leakage. The low-friction coefficient bearing reduces the torque to a minimum, facilitating valve opening and closing. The effective contact between the stem and the body provides superior anti-static grounding performance. It has advantages such as excellent performance, high reliability, wide application, and reasonable price. It is suitable for industries such as chemical, petroleum, natural gas, metallurgy, and long-distance natural gas pipelines containing hydrogen sulfide media, high impurities, and severe corrosion.
Product Features
The seat adopts a spring structure to push the seat toward the ball, ensuring good low-pressure sealing performance.
For the trunnion mounted ball valve, both the upstream and downstream seats can seal, which is the so-called bidirectional sealing characteristic. Using the built-in bleed valve, the middle cavity of the valve body can be drained outward.
The Q347F forged steel trunnion ball valve has an anti-blow-out protection structure for the trunnion and low-friction coefficient bearings. It features excellent performance, high reliability, and wide application.
