Structural Features (Note: Original text says Electric Welded Ball Valve)
Advanced valve seat: Designed based on years of ball valve manufacturing experience, featuring a low friction coefficient and low operating torque. Various seat materials are available for a wide range of applications.
Anti-blow-out stem structure: A step is set at the lower part of the stem, and the stem is installed from the inside of the valve body to prevent it from being ejected.
Anti-static function: An anti-static spring is installed between the ball and the valve body or stem to conduct away the static electricity generated during the opening and closing process.
Fire-safe structure: Advanced fire-safe design. After a fire, all leakage parts are designed with flexible graphite packing or stainless steel reinforced graphite to meet fire-safe requirements, complying with API 6FA and API 607.
Handle operation: A flat-head stem is used to prevent misalignment when connecting with the handle, ensuring that the open/close status indicated by the handle is consistent with the valve. To prevent misoperation, locking holes are provided at the fully open and fully closed positions to ensure the valve is in the correct position.
Fire-safe structure (detailed): Advanced fire-safe design. After a fire, the sealing parts at all leakage points burn off to form a metal-to-metal seal, complying with API 6FA and API 607. For locations with strict fire-safe requirements, flexible graphite packing and stainless steel reinforced graphite gaskets are used to ensure no external leakage. (Please specify when ordering: Full fire-safe type FB).
Support plate structure: The valve adopts domestic and international support plate structures, which improves the service life of the valve and reduces the operating torque, greatly extending the valve's service life.
