Product Features
The fully welded ball valve eliminates the possibility of external leakage. The valve seat is constructed with a carbon-reinforced PTFE sealing ring and a disc spring, providing strong adaptability to pressure and temperature variations and ensuring no leakage within the rated pressure and temperature ranges. The ball's machining process is tracked by a computerized measuring instrument, resulting in high machining precision. Since the valve body material is identical to the pipeline material, there will be no uneven stress, preventing deformation caused by earthquakes or vehicles passing overhead, and ensuring pipeline aging resistance. The sealing ring body is made of PTFE containing 20% carbon, guaranteeing a leak-free performance.
