Overview of Pneumatic PTFE-Lined Control Valve
The pneumatic PTFE-lined control valve consists of a pneumatic diaphragm actuator and a straight-through single-seat lined valve body. The parts of the pneumatic PTFE-lined control valve that come into contact with corrosive media are all made of corrosion-resistant and aging-resistant fluorinated ethylene propylene (FEP), using a high-pressure lining process, and are also sealed with a PTFE bellows. The pneumatic PTFE-lined control valve can regulate the flow of highly corrosive media such as acids, alkalis, and aqua regia, as well as toxic and volatile gas and liquid media. Therefore, it is widely used in the chemical, metallurgical, pharmaceutical, and other industries.

Features of Pneumatic PTFE-Lined Control Valve

1. Good corrosion resistance: The inner cavity of the valve body, the plug, and the seat are all lined with a 3mm thick layer of fluorinated ethylene propylene (FEP), which can withstand highly corrosive fluids.

2. Good sealing performance: It adopts a dual seal consisting of a PTFE bellows and packing.

3. Low leakage: Since the plug and seat adopt a soft seal, it ensures no leakage.
