    Product Overview
The GJ641H pneumatic globe valve adopts a double-acting cylinder, utilizing air intake into the upper or lower chamber to remotely control the valve, ensuring convenient and flexible operation. The cylinder working media are compressed air and nitrogen. It features a simple structure, convenient manufacturing and maintenance, a small working stroke, and short opening/closing times. The sealing surfaces of the closing member (disc) and seat adopt conical surface sealing, which requires low closing force, is erosion-resistant, and ensures reliable sealing. The valve seat can be a replaceable type, allowing any combination and matching of sealing surface materials with the closing member to meet specific working conditions and extend service life.

    Structural Features

    1. Careful material selection, conforming to relevant domestic and international standards, with a reasonable structure and attractive appearance.

    2. The sealing surfaces of the disc and seat are hardfaced with iron-based alloy or Stellite cobalt-based hard alloy, offering excellent wear resistance, high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and anti-galling properties, ensuring a long service life.

    3. The stem undergoes quenching and tempering and surface nitriding treatments, providing good corrosion resistance and scratch resistance.

    4. Various piping flange standards and flange sealing face types can be adopted to meet different engineering needs and user requirements.

    5. A complete range of body materials is available. Packing and gaskets can be reasonably selected according to actual working conditions or user requirements, making the valve suitable for various pressure, temperature, and media conditions.

    6. The backseat adopts a threaded sealing seat or is formed by hardfacing the body with austenitic stainless steel, ensuring reliable sealing. The packing can be replaced without shutting down the system, making it convenient, fast, and non-disruptive to system operation.
