Product Features

1. Adopts a floating seat with bidirectional opening and closing, ensuring reliable sealing and flexible operation.

2. The gate is precisely guided by guide strips. Meanwhile, the sealing surfaces are spray-welded with hard alloy, providing excellent erosion resistance.

3. The valve body has a high load-bearing capacity, and the passage is straight-through. When fully open, it aligns with the gate's flow port, similar to a straight pipe, resulting in very low flow resistance. The stem adopts composite packing with multiple seals, ensuring reliable sealing and low friction.

4. When closing the valve, the gate moves down to the bottom. Due to the medium pressure, the inlet seat is pushed towards the gate, forming a large sealing specific pressure, thereby creating one seal. At the same time, the gate is pressed against the outlet seat, forming a double seal.

5. All sealing parts are equipped with grease injection devices for emergency sealing in case of valve leakage.
